Activator 1987/A , White transparent granule , Used for soles and other rubber products.

Recommendations and Applications:

Activator 1987 is able to decrease acidity of silica’s surface , 

reduce absorption of accelerator on the surface of silica , 

will significantly activate and help dispersion of silica and clay. 

It also accelerate the vulcanization, increase rubber crosslinking, shorten curing time , improve 

physical properties of the vulcanizates (e.g., tear strength, tensile modulus, hardness and elasticity). 

Activator 1987 forms special crosslinking structure in the rubber , 

significantly prevent silica migrating onto the surface.

Composition :

Pre-dispersed 80% 1987 powder in 20% elastomeric binder and surfactant
