White Granule Surfactant Binder Anti - Abrasive Agent , Rubber Master Batch

Anti-abrasive Agent , A-172 , White granule , Used for soles and other rubber products.

Recommendations and Applications:

Pre-dispersed master batch A-172 is successfully used in rubber compound , 

especially suitable for peroxide vulcanization system , 

will improve electrical performance and mechanical strength of the vulcanizates , 

such as inorganic filed EPDM , crosslinked polyethylene polymer and resin.

It also increase mechanical strength under dry or wet condition of the crosslinked , 

inorganic filler filled or reinforced polyester composites.

Master batch A-172 is more uniformly dispersed and with high compatibility in rubber compound , 

is good for workers’s health and environment friendly , without material loss in the process, 

without dust and liquid leakage , thus increase mixing efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

It is widely used to produce soles , roller, belt and other rubber products , 

improves abrasion resistance , tensile modulus , tear strength and flexing resistance, 

increase the heat aging resistance , 

also improve mixing and processing performance and vulcanizing performance , 

reduce energy consumption.
