PML , Pre-dispersed Accelerator , Brown Particles , Used In Tires And Soles.
Recommendations and Applications:
PML-75 is quick accelerator of NR , synthesis rubber and latex , is also activator of acid accelerator.
It is uniformly dispersed in compound , and easily be absorbed by gas carbon black.
It imparts high rebound resilience of the vulcanizates if PML-75’s
amount reach more than adsorbing capacity.
PML-75 used along with thiuram , guanidine and thiazole accelerator will increase activity ,
and improve the aging resistance performance of the products.
PML-75 used along with zinc oxide will improve stretch strength of vulcanizates.
PML-75 is widely used in SBR , NBR , BR , CR , etc.
It is especially applicable to use along with diazole to vulcanize CM rubber ,
imparts better performance in strength , aging resistance,heat resistance ,
oil resistance and flame resistance of the vulcanizates.
In addition , it is applicable to reclaimed rubber and rigid rubber.
Using PML-75 , vulcanization critical temperature is 120, the most appropriate vulcanize
temperature is 120~160.
Composition:
Pre-dispersed 75% butyraldehyde anilin-econdersate in 25% elastomeric/filler binder.
Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM , or others according to customer’s requirements.
