Recommendations and Applications:

Activator of silica STE-G is able to decrease acidity of silica’s surface , 

reduce absorption of accelerator on the surface of silica , 

will significantly activate and help dispersion of silica and clay. 

It also accelerate the vulcanization , increase rubber crosslinking , shorten curing time , improve 

physical properties of the vulcanizates (e.g., tear strength , tensile modulus , hardness and elasticity). 

It forms special crosslinking structure in the vulcanizates , 

significantly prevent silica migrating onto the surface.
