Titanium dioxide R-103 , White powder , Used for soles and other rubber products.
Recommendations and Applications:
Dupont TiO2 R-103 is Rutile type TiO2 pigment produced by chlorination process.
It is of high covering power and very blue hue ,
which make natural color resin to produce bright white color even in very low dosage.
R-103 is specifically aim to reduce discoloration of resin material and plastic products
in the processing or exposure to UV light.
R-103 is applicable for all resins. And it is of outstanding performance
when used in occasions demanding high covering , high blue hue ,
good dispersibility and anti discoloration of polyolefin or engineering plastics.
TiO2 does’t affect rubber’s curing rate , imparts good light aging resistance ,
anti discoloration and chemicals stability of the vulcanizates.
It is commonly used in white and colorful products and EVA products ,
such as light rubber outsoles and EVA midsole/outsole etc.
In addition, TiO2 R-103 meets NSF international standard , is applicable for plastic pipes.
