Recommendations and Applications:

Superfine white or yellowish powder , odourless , tasteless. Insoluble in water. 

Soluble in hydrochloric acid , sulfuric acid , sodium hydroxide and ammonium chloride solution.

Highly active nano ZnO is upgraded product of ordinary zinc oxide , 

has advantages of small particle size , 

high activity , large specific surface area. 

It maintains the same vulcanization characteristic and physical properties of products 

with 1/3 to1/2 smaller using amount than ordinary ZnO(99.7%). 

And it improves break strength ,tear strength , abrasion resistance , 

surface gloss and thermal oxidation resistance of the vulcanizates. 

So it has obvious technical and economic benefits. 

Mainly used as the vulcanizing agent of NR and synthetic rubber , 

in advanced electronics , paint , coatings , cosmetics , feed , food , medicine , printing , 

footwear and other industries. 

Especially widely used in rubber products , such as water hose , medical rubber products , 

water storage tape , and transparent/ semi-transparent products.
