Accelerator ZDEC(ZDC , EZ)-80 , White Granule , Used for soles and other rubber products.
Recommendations and Applications:
The product is super accelerator of NR and variety of synthesis rubber like SBR , NBR and EPDM ,
is representative accelerator of Dithiocarbamate zinc salt ,
is a common used accelerator of latex as well.
It is a good activator of thiazoles and sulfonamide.
It is also used as a water-insoluble accelerator of latex , with little impact on the stability of latex.
This product cause no pollution and discoloration , odourless , tasteless , non-toxic ,
suitable for white and bright color products, transparent products.
Mainly used in the manufacture of medical products , rubber belts and etc.
Used in NR:0.6~1.0 PHR, and use 0.1~0.2 PHR as secondary accelerator
Used in SBR/ NBR:0.6~1.2 PHR , and use 0.1~0.2 PHR as secondary accelerator
Used in EPDM:1.5~2.5 PHR
Add 0.5~1.0 PHR in the dry latex.
Composition:
Pre-dispersed 80% Zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate in a 20% elastomeric binder
Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM, or others according to customer’s requirements.
