Recommendations and Applications:

SI264-50 is one successfully used pre-dispersed silane master batch in rubber compound. 

It significantly improved vulcanizates’ physical properties such as tensile strength , 

tear strength and abrasion resistance , 

improve anti vulcanization reversion performance and decrease compression set , 

as well as decrease compound’s viscosity and increase processing safety. 

SI264-50 is especially applicable for rubber compound using silica and silicate as filler , 

such as silica , talc powder , mica powder , clay , etc. 

It is applicable to polymers including NR , IR , SBR , BR , NBR , EPDM , etc. 

Mainly used in manufacturing tires , soles , roller , seals , and other rubber products.

Composition :

Pre-dispersed 50% Trimethoxy(3-isocyanotopropyl) silane in 50% elastomeric/surfactant binder. 

Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM, or others according to customer’s requirements.
