Recommendations and Applications:
MIX-4# is a medium to high speed composite accelerator.
It performs well in discoloration resistance and blooming resistance of the vulcanizates.
It has advantages like process safety, high efficiency , highly crosslinking,
flat vulcanization, anti vulcanization reversion.
MIX-4# is a good choice to replace MBTS(DM) , it imparts superior discoloration resistance
and blooming resistance and physical properties of the vulcanizates.
When it is used along with 0.1-0.3 PHR TS-80 as secondary accelerator ,
it increase the curing rate, and greatly increase crosslinking degree.
MIX-4# is mainly used in soles and other industrial products.
